HOW DO I SEND BACK A RETURN?
  • Items purchased on sale or discounted are final sale.     
  • Items purchased at full price are returnable within 14 days. Please follow the steps below:

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
  • You can return your items within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund excluding the shipping cost. Items must be unworn.

 

AM I ABLE TO PROCESS AN EXCHANGE?
  • At this time, we are able to exchange product for equal value. A shipping and handling fee will be charged to customers for exchanges.

    • We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed.
    • Upon receipt of returned goods, Happiest in the Hamptons reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
    • Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.
